Water Yoga Properties.
People with water-personality may present constant enemas in different areas of the body. They move slowly, they have a low body temperature, etc. This type of Yoga will raise the body temperature, preventing, at the same time, diseases commonly presented on people with water-personality such as asthma and respiratory tract disease.
