1). The Glory of a Woman: look at the pictures of this workshop here

In this workshop just for women we will explore and assist each other in remembering our worth as women.  How powerful and strong, beautiful, loving and lovable we are.  Understanding we do not have to rely on others for this.  We will talk about taking off our masks, getting free of old mental habits and patterns so that we may flow through our lives with grace and a joyful heart; claiming our worth and revealing it to the world.  When a woman has come into her power then she has the inner strength to genuinely love others.  We will use visualization, a heart opening meditation, calming and centering breathing exercises and sitting in silent meditation ending with a guided deep relaxation.  This workshop is for all women, no yoga experience required at all.

When the Queen emerges, she is magical and enchanting.  She is calm and happy.  She creates order where there was none.  She has grown new eyes.  When a woman rises up in glory, her energy is magnetic and her sense of possibility is contagious.
