There are no age restriction for any class except for Yoga for the elderly (60 years old and over), and Yoga for kids (12 years old and younger).
Rules and regulations for YOGA class (Minimum 3 students per class)
Please bring your own Yoga mat or get one at the reception before class
Wear absorbent, breathable, flexible clothing to allow self-correction and corrections from the instructor. It is recommended to wear a sports bra.
Remember to drink enough water. It is recommended to drink at least 100 cc at every resting interval to keep the mouth constantly moist.
Diet: It’s not recommended to do any physical activity on an empty stomach, however it is not good either to eat right before class. Do not eat for at least one hour before class to avoid abdominal discomfort, indigestion, dizziness, etc. do not eat for at least one hour before class. If hungry you may have liquid food.
Please follow the coach instructions step by step and coordinate the breathing with the movement.
If you feel any discomfort during practice, stop immediately and talk to the instructor.
If you’re pregnant or you have any physical problem, please inform the instructor before class.
- *Yoga for adults: Classes every day in the morning, afternoon and evening.
- *Please make a reservation the day before class to facilitate the organization.
- *You’re not allowed to enter the class later than 5 minutes after it starts.
